scanner 5400c error 1904?

Hello! I have Hewlett Packard scanner 5400c and I am not able to use it. Whenever I try to scan something I get error 1904. I have tried to uninstall and install it in safe mode, but, as you can see, that did not help me at all. I have no idea what to d anymore. If you know how I can solve this problem, please, tell me.

Hello! I suggest you following: go to safe mode, uninstall it. Unplug scanner cable from your case and turn scanner off. Install it in safe mode. Turn off your computer. Power your scanner on, plug it to computer and turn your computer on. It should help, because, uninstall/install have not some effect if you do not unplug your cables.
