Hello! Recently I bought one 2.1 surround system. It is the Neo model and there is a next problem. The Bass/Treble controls grayed out. Is that so cheap that makes such things? I don’t know what to do now. I don’t have any orientation what to do. Does anyone can tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks for your opinion.

Hi! You said that Bass/Treble controls grayed out. That is the typical problem for all sound systems. How much is old your surround? I am not sure is the Neo a good quality or just medium. I am not using surround on my computer. But you can replace these controls if that solution is possible.
