Export Excel charts in CGM format

I have made several charts in Excel and I have to export them in CGM format so I can enlarge them without loss of quality. As you know CGM is scalable and maintains resolution and Excel does not have this options. I would really appreciate if you could explain to me how to accomplish this.

I have to disappoint you, but exporting Excel charts to CGM format is not possible. Microsoft does not provide tools necessary for this conversion operation. Excel charts are carrying spreadsheet with data necessary for updating charts if underlying data is changed. Therefore it can not be exported to CGM format.
