Hi! Ok, you are looking for little help. I will try to provide you some help if I can. I just need to look what is the main problem. You want to know what means STABLE - CURRENT FreeBSD. Well, it is the recent working sources for Free BSD. It’s includes some experimental software, transitional mechanisms. It is something that would be developed in the future.
