Are dual processors really that much better than mono ones?

Hello! I have common Intel P4 computer at my home. There is a next problem. If I buy for my son something like a duo2core CPU is that really better? I am not sure how much is better to buy dual processors. I would like to hear your voice about such thing. Thanks for your time.

Hi! You are interested about dual processors. Well, I will tell you what is difference. If you buy dual core CPU you will have more things to do with your computer in the same time. That is good solution if you are doing some thing on the web and in the same time you are working… That is absolutely better solution.
