Can somebody please explain me what does reassigning domain name mean? This is my exam question, and since I am lacking time to find an answer, I thought you could give me a hand. So, I would really appreciate your answers, and I beg you to make them brief and simple to understand. Thanks for your time and your effort

Hello there.I am not s specialist myself in this area at all, but I will try to explain it to you, and to make it short and clear. Domain name is a name which identifies one or more IP addresses. These names are used to identify some pages. The whole internet is based on numbers, or to be more precise IP addresses. But, since the numbers are very difficult to remember and words and letters are much easier for both remembering and browsing- names are used. Now, reassigning probably means that you need to connect IP addresses with another domain name, or a domain name with some different IP addresses.
