| Hello there. I do not know what could be the cause of your problem, but I think you will definitely need to run several tests in order to determine whether you have some serious problem I mean, it definitely is a serious problem, if you cannot use your PC. Did you try booting it in a safe mode and see if you can do something from there. Or, you could even restore the last known good configuration; I actually think it might help. I do not know what is causing it, really, it sounds like a really weird problem to me. Maybe a virus check would help. |
