Hello! I have this situation here. My computer is MSI laptop Intel machine. I am using Win Vista OS right now. The problem is next kind. I can’t establish IP address of my pure modem. I am using cable modem and I can’t find the way out. Does anyone can tell me what I should need to do? Thanks for your respond about this.

Hi! Well, let me see what is the problem. I will try to respond you as much I can. You said that is hard to establish IP address of modem. By the way you can use this method. Try to restart all your stuffs. I mean your computer and modem and everything. Then you can try again to use connection and check to see is it the same IP?
