What are the options Photoshop offers?

What are the options Photoshop has to offer? I am thinking about maybe buying this program, because photography is my favorite hobby. I have heard it can do great things to photos, and maybe it is worth checking it out. So, can somebody please tell me a bit more about it?I will appreciate your recommendations. Many thanks

There are many advantages that Photoshop offers, and anyone who claims that it can enhance your photo is right. I use Photoshop for many years now, and I am a professional photographer, and I dare say it does half of my job. It offers various effects, so you can do whatever you would like with your photography. It also enables you to change various brightness and contrast settings etc. If you love photography you will like Photoshop also, and you will love it even more when you see what it can do for your pics and their quality. There are many websites where you can see what it does and read the experience of the others, so check it out.
