| Well, it may be that someone turned system restore option off. Some people do it in purpose, especially when they are having some problems with viruses, trojans or some spyware. This way, when the system restore option is turned off they can not be stored in that system volume information folder and then started again. So, if that is the problem there is no going back for your system. You will just not be able to restore it, and I think that is even a better option. There is a possibility that a system restore option would cause even more trouble. The best option in my opinion is installing the system all over again. |
