I bought a new computer yesterday. When I try to setup my account in Outlook Express, I obviously made a mistake. I can receive but I cannot send mail with OE. I do not know what to do. I did it by the book but I probably made a problem with POP3 mail filtering. I really need some help.

There are many reasons that may cause your problem. I don't think that POP3 filtering is responsible for that unless you manually change something. First, you should check did you put correct incoming and outgoing server data for your account. If that is so, then maybe you need to mark option "My server requires authentication". Some providers will not work without it. Maybe you should clarify some special password for your mail server. In addition, some providers insist on putting the whole mail address in your account name. If you check all of that and all those settings are correct then the problem is probably with your provider. Wait for some time and try sending your message again. If it fails again, contact your providers support.
