I recently move to a new job at the new company. We have couple of computers in my office and yesterday we got a brand new Epson laser printer. Now we have a problem. We do not know how to install that printer to allow all of us to use it. I know that it can do that because, on my recent job, whole bunch of us was printing on two printers. We simply cannot get new Epson to link to all PC's.

To solve this problem, you should first check does all of your office computers are connected to any kind of LAN or WAN network, wired or wireless. If they are, just install Your Epson printer on whatever computer you like. Then share your Epson printer and all the other users will be instantly able to use it. However, if your computers are not connected in the network you can choose from two solutions. First and better one is to connect them in the network, of course. The other solution includes buying a Printing switch. That is the device that aloud, automatically or manually, to more users direct connection to the same printer.
