I have a computer in my office for last two years and I am completely satisfied with it. Now I need to buy a printer for my office. I do not have enough knowledge and experience to decide by myself so I search for information's in some computer magazines. I found out that Samsung laser printer is the recommended printer model. Is that device good? Does it have refueling option? How to get rid of extra letters?

You can find all the information you want on the Internet. Just to mention, it is not calling refueling. The right word is refilling. You should search for your information on the manufacturer site. In your case, that is Samsung. You could search either on Samsung global site or on their local site for your country. However, it would be wise to check those information's on some computer forums. There you can find experiences of the Samsung users. For all the printers, you should pay attention to few important things. First is its resolution, then its toner capacity, printing speed and memory. I personally think that Samsung laser printer is a good printer and it has refilling option. The problem with extra letters could be fixed with the new version of drivers.
