It would be great if you could tell me a few things about FBSD and Sendmail. What are those and what is the difference between those software solutions and, let’s say, Windows or Gmail? Which of those two platforms and options is better and user friendlier? I don’t know how to reach the decision and what I should base it upon.

Now that is a complicated issue. I can’t tell you which of the two is better because that is a matter of preference. I’ll tell you a few facts about each of them so that you can decide for yourself which one suits you better. Windows and FBSD are platforms, that is, operative systems. FreeBSD is as its name depicts free operative software which is UNIX based and created by Berkeley University of California. Sendnmail is a mail client for UNIX based operative systems. So, I can’t tell you which one is more reliable and if you don’t want to pay for software then FreeBSD is a perfect solution for you. In that case you would use Sendmail.
