Hello. I have heard that I can create a web page just from Photoshop, but let’s leave this to a side for now. There is some sort of connection between Dreamweaver and Photoshop in the latest edition as I can notice, and Dreamweaver is taking Photoshop for the default image editor. Now, I wonder how much Photoshop is important for good looking web page? Thanks in advance.

I think that the answer is obvious. Dreamweaver is created for making web pages and nothing more. Photoshop has several purposes. Dreamweaver can work fine without Photoshop features. You can use any other image editor instead of PS. Therefore, we can make a conclusion that PS is not important at all, when the word is about web pages and their creation. Fireworks seems like much more better program for image editing for web pages.
