Hello. Till few days ago, I was thinking about Linux as some sort of non-breakable operating system. No viruses, no malware, no Trojans, nothing similar to that. But, it appears that those days for Penguin are over. What about BSD? How much risky is to browse the internet without firewall or whatever you prefer by using this operating system? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Well, Free BSD belongs to the Linux group of operating system, therefore you can make conclusion that there are security risks as much as there are over windows. But kids these days are just not finding their fun messing with more complicated structure. Unix in this case. However, it is much easier to be protected against hackers from the inside Unix based OS. Much more reliable. Free BSD is good, you don’t need to be concerned.
