Hello. I have several pictures I will like to edit a little bit. I will like to insert some text into a graphics. Something like a title. Can you recommend me some program that can do such a thing? I have to say that I have never used any graphics software and I do not know almost anything about this. That said, I would like some free (or, at least, inexpensive) solution.

Inserting text into a graphics can be done in any graphics editing program. Even MSPaint can do this and MSPaint comes bundled with Windows operating system so you are bound to have it installed. Open the picture you want to edit, click on “A” icon in the tool box, click where you want to add text and write something. Finish picture after editing and you have finished your task.
