A cartridge on my old Canon printer is stuck and I don’t know what to do in order to replace it. I’m afraid that I may break it and damage the whole device if I pull it out too strongly. Do you have any idea about how to remove it without damaging the printer? Am I so clumsy or what?
I don’t think that you are clumsy. If the printer is old, then this fact can cause this problem, especially if you haven’t been using this device for a long period of time and if the cartridge hasn’t been charged and replaced for long. I suggest you to take the whole device to a specialized service shop and let them do everything. That way you can be sure that everything will be performed properly and that your printer won’t be damaged. Generally speaking I don’t like when people apply the DIY scheme to the PCs and then cause even greater problems. So, it is better not to play with something like that and leave the job to the professionals.
