| I've been using Internet for two years now and everything worked fine until now. Since few months ago, I could not defend from different types of viruses. I tried many different things like reinstalling OS, avoiding 'danger' sites etc. Nothing of that gives any lasting results. In the last period, I have DNS error in IE from time to time. How to obtain the new DNS address. Can anybody help me? |

| I think that your DNS error in IE is not related to a virus problem. However, let us try to solve problems one at the time. You could solve your virus problem by following few simple steps. First, you should get some strong anti-virus programs. By my experience, that problem should be solved by using a combination of SpyBot and AVG. Both those programs are freeware, which is not reducing their efficiency. I am also on the Internet almost every day, I am using Internet explorer and I do not have any problems. If you have Microsoft Windows XP do not forget to install SP 2. Those things with SpyBot and AVG should solve your problems with viruses. About DNS error, you should try to change your DNS server. If you do not know how, check OpenDNS.org. |
