geforce2 drivers for dell 8100

I just installed SP2 XP on my Dell 8100 and I ended up having the same problem I had about a year ago when I first bought it and put XP on. When I try scrolling the documents, my computer just freezes and I have to reboot. The last time this was fixed by downloading the drivers for my graphic card from the NVIDIA site. Now when I do the same and I try to install them, I get the message about drivers not being able to fid the compatible hardware or something like that. What do you think is wrong with my comp now? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your problem seems really strange. I cannot think of any other solution for you then to try downloading the drivers from dell site. I think that you should be able to find the drivers for any kind of Geforce cards ( you didn’t specify which one you’ve got, otherwise I’d post a direct link to it). And if this doesn’t help maybe you should also try reseating the card and then installing drivers. I hope this helps.
