Hello, I am trying to set up my router for a several days already and I just don’t make any progress regarding that. I don’t know why, but every time I try to change some settings related to the NAT options inside router, everything is revered to default next time I log in. I have NetGear DM602 router by the way, if that matters something. I want to make sure that my hardware device is just not faulty, that’s all. But, how? Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of similar issues all around the internet and all solutions with that series of NetGear are pointing on one thing. It seems that you must learn how to make devices flashed. Yes, all you need to do is to change the firmware for your routing device as it fixes everything in most of the cases. Try finding the most latest firmware over the NetGear’s default home page, and you will find instructions as well for the next step. Keep in mind that you are about to perform really sensitive job.
