Belkin router problems are very often these days. If you check the net Belkin routers are maybe the routers with most problems. That doesn’t have to mean that they are bad, just a little complicated. Quick advice, before you buy yourself a router check the internet for some reviews and than choose the one you think is the best for you.

Many Belkin routers users have many different problems. Most of them are of course related with lost of connections. Sometimes you can lose signal randomly, or the signal disappears for second or two than it comes back, or at the beginning everything works fine that after an hours you cannot connect, or your router won’t even receive any pings? Yes, these problems are often but there is always a solution, a mistake that you can repair or some things that you can do better.

The first thing you need to check are all connections between your computer and router, if everything is connected properly and things like that. You should also check your USB port if it’s working properly. If everything is ok we’ll assume that the problems are on the router or some software problem related to it. Also don’t forget to check if your routers firewall is disabled.

You can try this and se if your problem will disappear.

- Reset the router to factory defaults.
- Connect the modem port of the router, the computer to one of the LAN ports of the router.

- Turn everything off, modem, router and computer.
- Turn on the modem, wait for it to get a steady connect light.
- Turn on the router; give it two minutes to stabilize.
- Turn on the computer and see if you're connected.

If that doesn’t work here’s another solution. Go to your router setup, restore factory defaults, and look for firmware updates. When done, restore factory defaults. If no luck, turn off all router firewall features like SPI, etc. as a test. Also turn off your firewall on pc as a test.

If all above doesn’t help you give Belkin a ring on free tech support on 0080022355460 and they will go through anything with you. Don’t worry, the call is free.

      Image verification code explanation
You must type the numbers and letters you see in a picture to confirm that a person, rather than an automated program, is trying to access the page. This requirement helps prevent automated programs from misusing our services. In some instances you might mistakenly type an incorrect character. When this happens you will be asked to type a new set of characters.

Look at the numbers and letters in the picture, and then type them in the confirmation code box below.

If you can't read one or more of the letters or numbers, do one of the following:

Click here to refresh the page and get a new picture (notice: all data filled in prior to page refresh will be lost).

      Note:
The letters are CASE SENSITIVE and there are no ZEROs. Do not type spaces between the numbers and letters.
