Hello! I really need urgent help: my fedora 4 gives me some yum error when I run yum on it. I also have Fedora 5 on this network, and on it yum is ok, there are no errors. First computer has static IP (I have locked it). I suspect that something wrong with my DNS configuration. In fact, to be true I dont know to what I should suspect.

I am guessing that your DNS is not problems and that you do not have problems regarding. I am user of Fedora linux distro, too and I very often have a similar problem. When I have it I run yum clean all and that usually helps me. It wont be bad if you try to update yum, too. And you can always run gui-version yumex.
