| Hello. Can you help me please? I have a serious problem, my YouTube won’t play a thing and I am seriously addicted to it. It used to function just fine, until my friend reinstalled operative system. From then, I can’t open many web pages, and can’t view any video. What shall I do? I am a beginner in computers myself, so can not really handle it. |

| Hi there. I don’t quite know what to tell you because I am a beginner myself. But as I can logically conclude, you probably need some kind of support. Have you not been asked by your browser to download some kind of update? I guess you need some kind of codec or some plug-in – flash for example. I think what you should try to do is to try opening the page one more time. It will probably ask you to update, and you should accept it. Or, check your antivirus ands firewall settings, if it is set on the highest security level, no wonder you can not play a thing. |
