| There are several reasons that could cause problem like yours. First, it could be an error in the process of downloading and your ZIP file might be damaged. You could try to download it one more time and than try to open it again. Second, you might not have a proper version of operating system installed on your computer. Your version of update could be for some other version of Windows XP. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version for your version of Windows XP. Third reason for your problem could be that your updates need some other service pack. If that is your problem, you need to find out what are those things, download and install them first. Personally, I don't think that your problem with changing display settings in Yahoo messenger has anything with that update. It is probably some kind of problem with setup of Yahoo messenger. You should try to contact their online support. |
