I have a motherboard and BIOS problem. I downloaded the new AMI BIOS version from the Internet. I have Windows XP installed on my computer for a long time and everything works fine until now. However, when I try to install new BIOS version I get an error message. Now I have a problem with my X-Fi driver. Can I use some rollback option?

I do not think that rollback of your X-Fi driver would help you. There are other possible reasons that may cause a problem like yours. First, it could be an error in the process of downloading. In that case, your new version of BIOS might be damaged. You should try to download it again and than try to reinstall it. Second, maybe you do not have a proper version of BIOS for your revision of motherboard. Your version of BIOS could be for some other motherboard revision. If that is your problem then it is not strange that you cannot enable your sound because the other motherboard may have a different integrated sound card. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version for your revision of motherboard. If nothing of this helps you, you will have to find some professional help.
