Hello there. I have a problem with restoring my Windows XP. It always reports some kind of error and it just won’t start the service. Does anyone know what may be causing such a problem? I would like to fix it somehow but I have no clue how. I am having some problems with my system and I am afraid that I won’t be able to restore it.

Well, it may be that someone turned system restore option off. Some people do it in purpose, especially when they are having some problems with viruses, trojans or some spyware. This way, when the system restore option is turned off they can not be stored in that system volume information folder and then started again. So, if that is the problem there is no going back for your system. You will just not be able to restore it, and I think that is even a better option. There is a possibility that a system restore option would cause even more trouble. The best option in my opinion is installing the system all over again.
