What is faster NTFS or FAT32?

Hi there. I had really unpleasant conversation with some guy on my favorite forum about all available file systems. That person claimed that NTFS is not comparable at all with FAT32 regarding speed. He is still persued that FAT32 is way much faster than NTFS, just because of few extra background services that run together with NTFS file system. I was speaking against his words. Well, who is right? Thanks in advance.

Hello. Why are you guys arguing about these non-important things? Yes there is a difference, but if we take a look at the improvements for all other hardware needed to operate together with the hard disk drives, there are just minorities, which are really obscure. I think the same as you are. After all, there are no single file size limits with NTFS partitions.
