Can you tell me a good replacement for Real Player? I need a player for live streaming but Real player is a very demanding and my PC is not so new and when I start the application, everything freezes. Is there something that is not so demanding and that will not use up all my CPU? It would be great if it’s free.

I have a great idea for you! Why don’t you download ACE mega codec pack where you can find numerous audio and video codecs for all kinds of multimedia? There is a utility for Real Player. If you don’t want you don’t have to install anything else except Real Player codec and you’ll be able to watch live stream and your CPU won’t be used. But you have to remove the present Real Player installation in order not to confuse the system. It’s always better to install certain minimalist versions of the software because the PC will work smoothly and there won’t be that annoying freezing. So, try it and you’ll see that it’s great.
