Hello. I have obtained new web cam from Genius. Now, the problem is in the next following things. The drivers that came with are not suitable enough I would say. It is PC WEB EYE model for notebooks. I have plugged the camera to the USB port and inserted the CD, but it seems like there is no use of it. It does installs something, I had to reboot my computer. Afterwards, there is no sign of any camera on my display. The device manager shows big yellow question mark sign. I tried three times. How to install this damn thing? Thanks in advance.

You should first check that valid USB port is used by your camera. I had situations where some bluetooth devices just won't work on all USB ports. To add few things more, some Genius scanners require software in the first place, than plugging comes. Why don't you try like that? Install the drivers first, and then plug the hardware in. It might work.
