| I am trying to configure my WRT54GC router, but it has suddenly started prompting me for admin password. I have no bloody idea what this password may be, so I thought I could get some information from you guys here. Anything else I should know about this router? I want to create a small office network, and I hope it will do the job perfectly |

| Hey there. I know that for this router, as for the other Linksys routers the default admin password is admin, while the user name is left blank. As for the router itself, I have heard different comments. From one point of view it was nothing but trouble, and from the one – it is the perfect solution for a small network, for a decent price. But, if you are trying to configure a small company network it is much better to have someone do it for you, a professional, because it is very important for the network to be stable and safe. It will be much quicker, easier and more reliable. |
