Hello! I have one problem here. Yesterday I used Vista Windows and let me tell you what happened. The OS stuck at 100% CPU usage for no apparent reason. I am not sure why that happens in the normal work. Is that some bag or whatever can be? I am looking for your opinion. Thanks for your respond.

Hi! You said that Vista stuck at 100% CPU usage for no apparent reason. Probably that is some system mistake in that time. I am not sure what exactly that can mean. But you need to scan your computer with some anti virus. After that maybe it descry some treat file that is suspicious and dangerous for your system.
