| You can choose any kind of peer-to-peer network as your office network. Because of driver and software support, I will choose Windows networks. Windows XP is standard nowadays and it is very good. However, Vista's time is just started. Anyway, first check does all of your computers are connected to any kind of network. If they are, just install the printer on whatever computer you like. Then, in the Printer and Faxes section, share the printer. After that, all the other users can instantly use it. However, if your PCs are not connected in the network you could do two things. First is to connect them in the network, of course. The other solution includes buying a device called Printing switch. That is the peace of hardware equipment that aloud, automatically or manually, to more users' direct connection to the same printer. However, I would vote for networking, because it is much permanent solution. |
