Hi. I have installed Vista last night on the faster PC. The older machine still uses XP and there is no need to change anything in the future on it. It works well. I have both of them connected trough the router and both of them are using internet connection sharing without problem. The only bad thing here is that Vista doesn't allow XP to peak inside it's shares, while everything is OK vice versa. I need some sort of permission to browse trough Vista shares. How can I fix this? I have spent a lot of my time on this, all permissions are set to everyone. Thanks in advance.

Remove any passwords for login for Vista if you didn't. Than go to the advanced sharing folder and create new shares from there, from a scratch. If that doesn't help, I believe you should play a little bit with OneCare. Adjust Vista firewall settings, tick all relevant options (network discovery, etc.) Set every segment of sharing to 'OK', and see if there are going to be some changes.
