| I have started using Verizon broadband internet about a week ago, and I am experiencing severe problems. To be more precise, my connection is dropping all the time, and it is really annoying me. I called their customer support few times, and they keep telling me mistake is on my side. What shall I do? How shall I find out where the problem is? |

| I know that this may sound ridiculous to you…but did you check your cables? It is the most common cause of the connection drop outs , believe it or not. So, that is the first thing you should do. The second one would be doing a power circuit on your devices, by switching them off and back on. First the PC, then D –Link, then turn D-Link on, and then the PC. If this doesn’t help, you may try to reset the settings to default ones, and try to configure your network once more. I know it is boring, but…If it doesn’t work, call the costumer service again, and tell them all the things that you have done |
