I have noticed, after uninstalling several programs, that some files are left on computer hard drive after uninstalling programs. More then that, some of these files are dll’s that are loaded into memory during Windows boot process. I think that some registry keys are also left and point to these dll files. Is there any way to completely uninstall programs?

Unfortunately this is a usual scenario when you uninstall programs on Windows. It is partly Windows fault and partly fault of software developers. There is way for completely removing software but you will have to do it manually or use third party software. If you decide to use some uninstallers I have to warn you that they will work only for software installed after them.
