Hello! I a running Windows XP operating system and I have a problem: some system tray icons missing from system tray in Windows XP. I mean, when I boot system they are there, but after some time they just despaired. Is this connected with show/hide icons or something else is cause? Thank you!

Hello! This is not connected to show/hide icons option. This is Windows XP bug and Microsoft did not yet figured out why it is happening. They suspect on SSDP Discovery Service. I have tried to disable it and that solved my problem (same as yours). To disable this: go to My Computer Manage Services and Applications Services in service list right click on SSDP Discovery Service Properties General tab Startup type Disabled OK.
