Hello! I have installed Symantec whole package and now I have a problem with Norton antivirus. Few days this antivirus is not able to update automatically. When it tries to update, first everything seems that will be normal, then stops (error says that it is not possible to update it). What I should do to fix this?

Hello! This problem appears when server for update is overloaded. But, sometimes just appears (I had same problem some time ago and I still have not found cause of it). Anyway, I have solved this problem when I downloaded update to hard drive and then updated Norton. I suggest this method to you, too.
