My PC keeps on restarting and I don’t know what to do! I’m almost sure that my HDD is broken now. It’s all because I used to run that program for cleaning system registry every day so that my brother (who is also using the same PC) wouldn’t see what sites I visited. Does this mean that I successfully killed my hard drive?

First of all, I don’t think that a program for cleaning system registry can destroy a HDD, no matter how frequently you’re using it. I hope that you have read the instruction manual before using the program. If there are some limitations for using the program, the must have said it there. Another thing is that the symptom you have described doesn’t seem to indicate that your HDD is broken. It’s more like something is wrong with your power supply. Anyway, it’s better to have your PC tested and checked so that you don’t lose any important data is it’s actually something wrong with your HDD or motherboard. But, restarting can also be caused by a virus.
