| There are several reasons that may cause your problem. Do not worry, you will handle those startup problems easily. You would not have to switch to Yahoo for working with e-mails. First, you should check did you put correct incoming and outgoing (POP3 and SMTP) server data for your account. If that is so, then maybe you need to mark option "My server requires authentication". Some providers will not work without it. Maybe you should clarify some special password for your mail server. In addition, some providers insist on putting the whole mail address in your account name, like "someone@somewhere.net" instead of just "someone". If you check all of that and everything is fine then the problem is probably with your provider. Wait for some time and try sending your message again. If it fails again, contact your provider for further information. |
