Hello. I have an Xbox and a PC. I have them connected in a so called network, and my 360 can go online as well, but I have no success with sharing any media files such as music and so on. I hope this is not complicated because I am giving up in that case. The question is simple. How can I share files from Xbox and PC and vice-verse? If there is someone who knows the most easiest way, I will appreciate that a lot. Thanks in advance.

Hi. The most easiest way that I know is with samba. Samba is well configurable with both xBox and PC. It is a little rough way maybe, but very functional and working quite fast. When you are finished with samba installation, put your files into a web directory (somewhere inside xbmc.dir), than, from your favorite media player, just open URL instead of file or folder. The URL should be http://xboxipaddress/media folder where you have files for sharing/file.mp3 or video.mpg.
