Hello! I finally have opportunity to reach my workspace without traveling for more than two hours every day. I felt such a relief by hearing from the ISP for higher br. speed. Now, the problem is that I can reach virtual private network, but cannot see any damn file from my location. I am using the exact user name and password dedicated from the office. Have no clue what could it be. I need help here, thanks.

Probably, you forgot to your self from there as the valid user. Check where you belong, the same workspace I guess? Do you have more than one computer in your home? Are they both connected via Lan cable? I am asking because if you do, I never had VPN situation without any problem where more than two computers were connected.
