| Can you tell me how to install the second drive? I want to have two HDDs and since the first one is only a couple of months old, I see no reason to install operative system on the new one and change anything. So, since I just want to plug the HDD in and create four more partitions, can you tell me whether that is something complicated or not? |

| It’s not complicated, but I’d advise you to have somebody else install your HDD. After it’s plugged and well connected you can format it the way you like. Maybe you can use that program Partition Magic, but you can also just do everything by right-clicking My Computer icon and selecting “manage”. There, under disk management option, you’ll be able to rename your drives and format the new ones. In my opinion, that’s nothing complicated, but it may seem to you if you have never done it before. But at least, you can’t damage anything and everything you do is repairable. So, just be careful and take it easy, and I think that everything is going to be fine. |
