Is it possible that my router is not supporting Voice over IP? I do not know what to do? I would really like to use this service, but I am not sure what is needed for it to function. Can it be that a router is causing a trouble in functioning? Many thanks for your help and your suggestions

Hello there. I really do not know what to tell you about it. I do not know whether it is possible that a router doesn’t support VoIP. I think that you only need a broadband internet connection, and the IP phones. It is more a matter of whether it is not maybe forbidden to use this kind of technology in your country, or how much you will have to pay for it. Anyhow, I must say that it is very useful, and that the voice quality is the same as the one on the regular phone. I am using it for a year and I am very satisfied with it, it cuts my expenses a lot.
