I have a problem with configuration of my NIC. After I installed a new NIC card (my old went dead, so I bought a Linksys) but cannot configure it properly! I often get a sign that I might be experiencing “low connectivity” or something… Really don’t know what could be the problem here…

You didn’t give us enough details for us to solve your problem. Linksys is a good brand so I doubt the problem is with the card – more likely you have a driver issue (try getting new drivers), or maybe even a bad UTP cable! However I doubt it’s a cable if your former NIC was Ok…
