Hello. I have two PC's at my home and onw of them still uses XP. Just because the installation was very successful last time, I left it as such. Can you imagine XP operating system to work without crash for more than 3 years? Ok, on the other one is Vista and there is one USB printer. How to make this printer visible to both computers? That's the question. Am I going to have some issues because of Vista? I don't want that. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Know that Vista is just made for network functionality in the first place. Every other flavor comes right after inside, so you won't have any trouble with. Make sure that you have drivers for Vista, nothing else. After you did that, just connect the printer to Vista for example. Than, on the other PC open control panel and go to the printers and faxes .cpl folder. There on the left side click add a printer, than select network printer. Note that before you do all of this, you need to share a printer.
