We have a strange problem at work. Whenever we turn on one printer, it starts to print immediately. Printer cannot stop printing, even one page. The only way to stop printing is to turn off the printer. I do not have any idea what is going on. If anybody has any solution, we would appreciate that very much.

First thing you should try is to move your printer on some other computer and then try to turn it on. If that will not help, you have a problem with printer. If that help, then the problem is in your compute or network. Try to unplug your network cable and see what will happen then. If your printer is still printing then you should empty your print spooler on your computer or even reinstall printer driver. If your printer is not printing after you disconnect your computer from the network, then the problem is in your network print server. You will have to delete the jobs from your print server and that should do the job.
