Hello! I have bought used HP network printer. I did not get manuals and drivers for it, but I have connected to printer server and printer server to my router ad it worked. But, after some time, printer server started with drops. Can you help me with this problem? What I need to do to fix this? I have four computers; each machine runs Win XP Pro SP2 OS.

Hello! I suggest you following: click Start, open Control Panel, then Printer and Faxes. After that, click on Add new printer in the right task. Then, in wizard, uncheck Automatically detect and check Select local printer; then chose Create a new port and click on drop down menu and chose Standard TCP/IP port. After this, you will be able to choose manufacturer of your printer and model of printer for needed driver.
