Hello! I use Internet Explorer browser for years and I have not ever any problem until today. Namely, I needed to open some page which is actually pop up window, but it was blocked in my browser. This surprised me, because on computer at my work I have not this problem. I kindly ask you for help!

Hello! You could not open that pop up window because your Internet Explorer has blocked opening. To allow appearing of pop up windows you should do following: open your browser, click Tools, then Internet Options, then Security, then press Custom level button and scroll until you find Pop up Blocker and check Disable.
