When I retrieve messages it looks like it is download ing (counting down --message 5 of 20...) but nothing is in the inbox. Other clients (with the same server settings) work such as Thunderbird and outlook Express. I have turned off firewall, nothing. Tried the repair option in outlook, nothing. Uninstalled (the whole office 2000 suite) and re-installed, nothing. I must say that it was not a clean re-install though because my user settings showed back up when I launched outlook after the re-install. I DON"T GET IT!!!! Any suggestions?
